Profibus Module, SK TU4-PBR, ...-M12
A large number of different automation devices can
exchange data using Profibus. PLC's, PC's, operating and
monitoring devices can all communicate via a uniform bus
in serial bit mode.
Data exchange is specified in DIN 19245 Part 1 and 2 and
application-specific upgrades in Part 3 of this standard.
Within the European field bus standardisation process,
Profibus is integrated into the European field bus standard
pr EN 50170.
The termination resistor for the final bus participant can be
activated via a DIP switch.
The bus modules require an external 24V supply, and are
therefore also ready for operation if the frequency inverter
is not connected to the mains supply.

CANopen module, SK TU4-CAO, ...-M12
The CANopen interface on the NORDAC frequency
inverter enables the parameterisation and control of the
devices in accordance with standardised CANopen
specifications
Up to 127 participants can be addressed on a single Bus.
A termination resistor is integrated and can be switched on.
The transfer rate and the bus address can be set with the
DIP switches.
The bus modules require an external 24V supply, and are
therefore also active in the bus if the frequency inverter is
not connected to the mains supply.
