CHARGING THE SHOCKWAVE:
• Before the first use, fully charge the Shockwave by connecting the provided micro-USB
cable from the Shockwave to a PC or other USB charging device.
• The Shockwave's four blue LEDs along the side will light up in sequence to represent
charging. Once fully charged, all four LEDs will remain lit solid blue.
PLAYING AUDIO FOR THE FIRST TIME:
• Press and hold the large "B" button for three seconds to turn on the speaker. An audio
jingle will play to signal that the Shockwave is initializing. A blue LED will flash to signal
that the Shockwave is searching for a pairable device.
• From your mobile device, turn the Bluetooth function on and search for the device
named "Shockwave." Click on the name to connect. An audio jingle will play to let you
know that the Shockwave and your device have successfully paired.
• Play music or other audio (podcasts, phone calls, etc.) from your mobile device. To
control the volume, adjust levels directly from your mobile device.
• To power off, press and hold the large "B" button again for three seconds until the
audio jingle sounds and the blue LED turns off.
CONTROLLING MUSIC PLAYBACK VIA THE SHOCKWAVE:
• The Shockwave has its own volume controls next to the input and output ports on the
back of the unit—this determines the master volume of the Shockwave.
• For the best sound, tap the [>>+] button until the audio bleep notifies that you are at
maximum volume. Then continue to adjust the volume levels from your mobile device.
You can also press the [<<-] button to reduce the volume.
SKIPPING TRACKS (FORWARD AND BACK)
