Solution

• Try moving the mobile phone and headset closer together during
pairing.
• Make sure that the mobile phone is in the correct Bluetooth mode.
• Some electrical devices such as microwave ovens create a noisy
electrical environment making it difficult for the headset to
communicate with the mobile phone. Try moving away from such
devices and try again.
• Make sure that your mobile phone is switched on and ready to
connect to the headset.
• Make sure that your headset battery is charged.
• Try resetting your headset according to the directions given in
"Resetting your headset" on page 14.
• If the calling number is hidden, whisper mode will not function
• Activation of automatic call pick up will temporarily deactivate
whisper mode
• Certain mobile phones do not implement the caller ID feature in
the standard format. Therefore the whisper mode feature cannot
function with these mobile phones
