Please read this guide fully before attempting to set up your HDanywhere™ mHub 4K

Cable connections

Step 1 - Power-off all of your source devices and the mHub 4K central hub.
Step 2 - Now connect your HDMI source devices to the desired HDMI input ports (labelled 1,2,3,4) on the central hub.
Please note: for Blu-Ray 3D/4K players, 'High Speed' HDMI cables must be used. These are usually under 8m in length. Using
passive HDMI cables over 15m in length is not recommended under any circumstances.
Step 3 - Connect your most commonly watched source device to HDMI input 1.
Step 4 - Connect the HDMI cables between the HDBaseT-Lite display receivers and your chosen HDTVs / displays /
projectors on the first HDMI port.
Step 5 - Now connect the CAT / HDMI cabling from the corresponding display receiver locations to the HDBaseT-Lite /
HDMI TV output ports (1, 2, 3 or 4) on the central hub. If you wish to use the two mirrored / simultaneous HDMI outputs,
please connect your AVRs (for audio extraction) or local displays to mirrored outputs 1 and 2 using HDMI cables.

Connecting to the network

To enable access to the mHub 4K web interface, you will require the IP address of the unit. This is found using the
Network Discovery tool. Simply download and run the software and this will give you the current IP settings of your unit,
and also the option to change the settings to suit you network infrastructure. To change to fixed IP settings, please click
'Enabled'. This then allows you to manually enter network information. Finally click 'Update Settings' to store entered
information.
Accessing webOS
To access the web interface, enter the IP address into the browser of a device (smartphone, tablet PC) connected to the
same network: Google. Although you are asked for login details, you do not need to provide a username or password.
Simply click the 'access modular' button. We will be adding login credentials as a feature in a future firmware upgrade.
