Milky water in a HELLER WFC5 benchtop filter can be caused by air bubbles or an air lock inside the tubing or unit.

Water leaking from the bottom water chamber of the HELLER WFC5 after filling it could be caused by the drain plug underneath the unit not being fully closed or sealed. Check that the drain plug is properly closed and sealed to prevent leakage.
