Use the Call Settings Menu
1. From home, tap Phone
 The phone app opens.
2. Tap Menu > Settings > Call settings.
 The call settings menu appears.

Description
Touch to set up SIP (Session Initiation Protocol, such as Internet
telephony for voice and video calls) account.
Touch to view emergency call list.
Touch to set up voicemail.
Replace "+" code as needed for outgoing calls.
Touch to set international dialing.
TTY (Text Telephone) mode can be used by people who are deaf, have
poor hearing or speech impairments.
Set the duration of DTMF tones.
Touch to set up IMS account.
Mark the check box to turn off screen when answering a call.
Mark the check box to vibrate when answering a call.
Touch to input the IP prefix.
Touch to set up speed dial.
Add numbers to blacklist, those numbers will be blocked when calling
your phone.
Touch to activate/deactivate call forwarding.
Touch to activate/deactivate call waiting.
Mark the check box to enable enhanced privacy mode.
