On the BLUETOOTH
wireless technology
BLUETOOTH wireless technology is a
short-range wireless technology that
enables wireless data communication
between digital devices such as a
computer and digital camera.
BLUETOOTH wireless technology
operates within a range of about 10
meters. Connecting 2 devices as
necessary is common, but some devices
can be connected to multiple devices at
the same time.
When using wireless technology, you do
not need cables to get connected as you
do with a USB connection, and you do
not need to place the devices face to face
as you do with wireless infrared
technology. For example, you can use
one of your devices in a bag or pocket.
BLUETOOTH specification is a global
standard supported by thousands of
companies, and employed by various
manufactures for their products
worldwide.
