The staple gun will not pish out staples. I can hear it making the pneumatic noise but nothing comes out. Cannot see any jammed staples. Any suggestions?

1. Check the Air Supply – Ensure the tool is receiving adequate air volume and pressure. Inspect for undersized fittings, clogged hoses, or restricted airflow that could reduce driving power.

2. Inspect for Air Leaks – If the tool is leaking air, stop using it and contact a Bostitch representative for repairs.

3. Examine the Fasteners – Confirm that the correct TRA700 Series staples within the 1/4" - 9/16" (6mm - 14mm) range are being used.

4. Clear Any Jams – Open the staple magazine and remove any jammed staples that might be preventing proper operation.

5. Check Trigger Operation – Ensure the secondary trigger is being used correctly, as improper handling can prevent the tool from actuating.

6. Inspect for Internal Blockages – Look for dirt, debris, or buildup inside the tool that may be causing misfeeds or reduced performance.

7. Replace Worn Parts – Use only Bostitch replacement parts if any components appear damaged or worn out.

If the problem persists, contact a Bostitch representative for further assistance.
