After installing the Samsung Smart Home App, the compatible Samsung appliance cannot
be connected to the App.
Unplug the appliance and plug in it again, and then reconfigure the Samsung Smart Home
App and Wi-Fi again according to the guidance in the manual.
The failure message appears when the device is being added to the Samsung Smart Home
App.
The connection may fail due to the distance from the wireless router installed or other
factors which is a temporary occurrence. Try again after a while. If the problem persists,
unplug the SMART HOME ADAPTER and plug it again.
The control function of Samsung Smart Home App does not work.
• Check whether the compatible Samsung appliance is connected to the wired or wireless
router correctly.
• Check whether the wired or wireless router is connected to the Internet correctly.
