. Update fi rmware only in the PB stop state of this unit. Never update it in the PB and import states.
. Update fi rmware from Windows PC through a LAN network using an IE browser.
. The IP address during factory setting is "DHCP". Change the setting of the IP address according to the
operating environment when required. (Refer to the PNT. Manual.)
(Example: 192.168.1.100)
. The updating package of this unit consists of the following four blocks.
MTA block: Application system
DC block: Decode system
RAID block: RAID system
OS block: Operating system
SMS app: Application system

Required equipment
. Personal computer (PC)
. Ethernet cable
(A crossing cable or straight cable can be used.)
. Updating package (update-MB3-(x).(y).(z).elp)
Connection
1. Connect the CTRL IN terminal of this unit and PC to network environment using an Ethernet cable.
