Assembly
Step 1: Insert V2 Base Shank into receiver hitch
Insert V2 Base Shank into receiver hitch. Align the pin hole of the
shank with that of the vehicle hitch pin hole. Thread in the NoMotion
Pin, apply clip and tighten with a ¾" suitable tool.

On vehicles with a 2" hitch receiver, use the 2" nylon adapter as
