the thermostat for your home. you
will want
to
be thoroughly
familiar with the settings.

is required. The Heat Pump will

on the ""OFF" podtion, the cooling and bear-

is completely shut off. However, you still c:in use the
" " F A N ' " to circulate air in vour home.
For compfetely automatic operation. the ""COOE,;
HEAT SWITCH"
should
set
on ""AUTO"'.
On this
si."tling, the unit will either heat or coal whichever

mguired to satisfy your comfort settings of the two
Temwrature Controls,

Far summer cmling, you may want to set the
"TOOL/
HEAT SiVTTCH" on position ""COOL'" The unit
will
automatica1l.v provide cool dehumidified air as nwded.

FOR MOST EFFICIENT OPERATION. When in the

a room thermostat which has
the
feature of
an EMERGENCY HEAT SWITCH and
glow
light, please refer
to operating instructions

with the thermostat,
