5. Remove the locking spring or screw and lift up
the starter pulley.
6. Pull the new starter cord through the hole in the
pulley and further through the starter housing to the
starter handle, where the cord is secured by a knot.
7. Lubricate the bearings of the cord pulley and the
starting recesses with silicon grease or similar
lubricant.
8. Attach the cord to the pulley as fig. shows.
9. Wind three turns of the cord on the pulley clockwise
and place it in the housing.

5. Déposez le ressort ou la vis de verrouillage et
soulevez la poulie de démarrage.
6. Faites passer le nouveau cordon de démarrage par
le trou dans la poulie puis dans le carter du lanceur
jusqu'à la poignée de démarrage ou il sera arrêté en
faisant un noeud.
7. Lubrifiez les roulements de la poulie et des cliquets de
démarrage avec de la graisse de silicone ou similaire.
8. Fixez le cordon à la poulie comme le montre la figure
9. Tournez la poulie de trois tours dans le sens d'horloge
et placez-la dans le carter.

5. Quitar el resorte o el tornillo de seguridad y
desmontar la polea.
6. Tirar del nuevo cordón a través del orificio de la
polea haciéndolo pasar por la cubierta hasta el
mango de arranque asegurándolo en éste con un
nudo.
7. Lubricar los apoyos de la polea y los ganchos de
arranque con grasa de silicona o un lubricante
similar.
8. Sujetar el cordón a la polea según se ve en la fig.
9. Dar tres vueltas a la polea en sentido de las
manecillas del reloj y colocarlo en la cubierta.
10. Mount the locking spring or screw.
11. Wind three turns of the starter cord round the
pulley.
12. Pull out the cord fully and check that the pulley
can be turned another 1/4 of a turn.
13. Assemble the starter on the engine. Pull the
starter cord to make sure that the starter unit
functions before it is tightened into position.
10. Montez le ressort de verouillage ou la vis.
11. Enroulez la corde 3 tours autour de
l'entraîneur.
12. Tirez entièrement le cordon et vérifiez que la
poulie peut tourner d'un quart de tour en plus.
13. Montez le lanceur sur le moteur. Tirez le
cordon de démarrage pour vous assurez du
bon fonctionnement du lanceur avant de
serrer ce dernier en place.
10. Montar el resorte de seguridad o tornillo.
11. Enrollar 3 vueltas del cordón alrededor del
arrastrador.
12. Tirar del resorte hasta su agotamiento y
controlar que la polea puede hacerse
girar un cuarto de pulgada más.
13. Montar el arrancador en el motor. Tirar del
cordón de arranque para asegurarse del
funcionamiento del arrancador antes de
fijarlo en su posición.
