Children up to 9 months old
Children of this age must be held in a restraint
system which is installed on the passenger's seat
facing backwards.
f The passenger airbag must be switched off.
Children aged between 9 months and
3 years
Children of this age are carried in child restraint
systems facing forward.
Whenever possible, these child restraint systems
should be installed on the rear seats.
f The passenger airbag must be switched off
when these systems are used on the
passenger's seat.
