seek or track following error, and does not successfully complete the operation with the
execution of a recovery algorithm. The unsuccessful operation is reported to the host with a
Sense Key of 4. (Refer to the Request Sense command in Appendix A.) Mode pages must be
in the factory default sta.tes.
