Troubleshooting

Turnout 2 an 4
The swivel end position does ..........................
not lock properly.
Turnout 2E and 4E
Nothing happens when control .....................
button is pressed.
Turnout does not turn as far as usual .........
Turnout has stopped functioning ..................
in the turned out position.
Make sure nothing is in the way of Turnouts movement. Try again.
Contact your installation engineer if the problem remains.
Check that /
- the fuse 20A, placed in the fuse holder near the vehicle battery plus pole.
- no object has got stuck in the Tunout, and has released the over current
protection.
Start the engine of the vehicle to ensure that there is enough power in the battery.
Contact your installation engineer if the problem remains.
Check if there is something blocking the turning movement, something stuck in the
gear drive.

If none of the above suggested measures
help out, it will be necessary to loosen
the motor from the swivel base, to be
able to turn in the seat manually. Loosen
the screw, marked in the picture, and
take the motor with the gear drive away
from the gear plate. Turn in the swivel
base. Remount the motor.
