Monitoring temperature and cooking time
➔ Prepare pot, close with Secuquick softline and
set on the hotplate.
Switch on Audiotherm, if required, set cooking
➔
time.
Fit Audiotherm and initialise: symbol "soft" or

"turbo", indicator directed at first soft or turbo
window.
Depending on desired cooking method, "soft
quick-cooking" or "turbo quick-cooking".
The symbol "soft" or "turbo" flashes.

Switch on hotplate at the highest level.

The heating begins.

Pay attention to the beeps of the Audiotherm.

When the heating temperature is reached
(indicator in the first soft or turbo window):
Double, repetitive beep is heard.

The symbol "reduce" flashes.

The symbol "soft" or "turbo" stays steady.
§
The cooking time – if set - begins.

Set stove at low level, stop beep.

During the cooking, pay attention to further

beeps of the Audiotherm and regulate level
setting if necessary.
When the beep is heard and the symbol "reduce"

flashes, the temperature is too high (indicator
in the second soft or turbo window).
