1. Disassembly and reassembly of Nose, Pushing Lever (A), etc
(1) Disassembly
• Remove the four Nylock High Tension Bolts M6 x 20 [52]. You can then detach the Nose [43], Pushing
Lever (A) [55], etc.
• Remove the Shaft Ring [112] of the Nose Piece [116] by using a flat-blade screwdriver. You can then
detach the Nose Piece [116] and Nose Shaft [115].
• Remove the Shaft Ring [112] of the Change Knob [44] by using a flat-blade screwdriver. You can then
detach the Change Knob [44].
(2) Reassembly
Conduct reassembly by reversing the disassembly procedure, but note the following:
• Apply grease to the O-Ring (S-38) [42], fit it to the outer periphery of the inlaid part of the Nose [43],
and then carefully reassemble.
• Fit the convex portion of Adjuster Plate (A) [83] to the groove of the Pushing Lever Guide [71] and
then reassemble.
• After reassembly, make sure the push lever components and Adjuster [74] move smoothly.
• Disassembly and reassembly of Nose, Pushing Lever (A), etc
2. Disassembly and reassembly of the adjuster section
(1) Disassembly
• Remove the Retaining Ring (E-Type) For D3 Shaft [87]. You can then disassemble the Adjuster [74]
section into Pushing Lever (A) [55], Pushing Lever Cover (A) [54], and Adjuster [74] components.
• Pull out the Roll Pin D2 x 16 [77] by using the roll pin puller (ø 2).

(2) Reassembly
Conduct reassembly by reversing the disassembly procedure, but note the following:
• Reassemble with the bent portion of Adjuster Plate (A) [83] facing towards the Adjuster [74].
• Reassemble with the convex portion of Adjuster Plate (C) [82] facing Adjuster Plate (A) [83].
