A. Return the unused orifices to the holder. Reattach
the holder and the instruction sheet with screw
in the original storage location.
B. Replace the burner heads, caps and top grates.
On range models,replace rear vent trim.

Locatethe 1-1./2"long Grillorifice.
Select t he properorificesizefor your gas and
burnerfrom the conversionchart
A. Removethe grill cover,grates and grate
frame. Liftthe radiant baffle straight up and off.

Removethe 2 hex
head screws from the

Remove
top of the igniter.

• Removeone screw
head
from each side of the screws
burner surround.
• Lift out the surround.

Carefullypushthe igniter asideand under the burner.
Do not pull or pinch the wire.
Remove4 burner attachment screws.2 at the front and
2 at the back.Slidethe burner assemblytoward the
back and out of the gas inlet.

socket to remove and
replacethe orifice.
Reverse these steps

to re-assemblethe
grill. Besureto place
the unusedorifice in
the holderfor possible
future use.
