TROUBLES SHOOTING
Symptoms
Nothing displayed when
you push the Start button.
"Err P" is shown on LCD
panel
"Err 1" is shown on LCD
panel
"Err 2" is shown on LCD
panel
"Err 3" is shown on LCD

• If correct measurement is impossible even after checking the above-mentioned points, consult at the store
where you have purchased the unit or the nearest Hyundai dealer without touching the internal mechanism.
• In some very rare cases, there may be error due to the physical condition of the person. In such cases, please
consult your doctor.
Problem
Are the batteries exhausted?
Are polarities of the batteries
in wrong position?
Fail to inflate
Deflate too fast
1. Movements occur on wrist

Incorrect measured result
Solution
Replace the batteries with new ones.
Insert batteries in the correct direction.
Please check if the cuff is too loosen, and fasten it.
Please contact authorized Hyundai dealer.
1. Keep still after you push the Start button.
2. Please remove interfering sources such as
magnetic material or cell phone.
1. The cuff might be in incorrect position.
Please re-wrap the cuff in correct position.
2. You might use it incorrectly, such as measure
pressure value on child.
