- Page 7 Before taking a measurement: Sit quietly for about 10-15 minutes, this will allow your body to return to its normal, resting state. Take your blood pressure in a comfortable environment. If you have consumed any beverages containing caffeine such as coffee, teas, or cola, wait about 30-45 minutes.

HOW TO MEASURE BLOOD PRESSURE 1. Insert the batteries 1. Remove the battery cover in accordance with the direction of arrow. 2. Insert 4 x ”AAA” battery in accordance with the indication of polarities on the batteries. 3. Slide the battery cover to close. 2. - Page 9 2. Sixty Measurement Memory When you take a measurement, this unit will automatically store in memory. Your unit is capable of storing up to 60 measurements, 30 for each page.
