Can winter coats and snowsuits be
warn in a car seat?

No.

Most, if not all car seat manufacturers do not
permit heavy coast or snowsuits. Check with
each manufacturer.

The following is in each BRITAX user guide in
"Securing the Child".
IMPORTANT: Remove bulky coats and/ or
jackets before putting the child in the car seat.

Some suggestions would be:
• Preheat car.
• Put jacket on backwards after child is secured
in harness.
• The B-WARM can be used with the B-SAFE
35 and B-SAFE 35 Elite.
