Lift was used just once for test. Then was unplugged for 2 years. Today I plugged it in but no light on motor housing, no beeping, no light on armrest. Pooled out joystick and back on. Pooled out cord to reset. Outlet is ok. Any suggestions? Thanks.

If a ThyssenKrupp Flow2 stairlift shows no power after being unplugged for two years, follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Check the Main Plug – Ensure the transformer plug is securely connected to the wall socket.
2. Inspect the Batteries – The batteries may be fully discharged after two years. Recharge or replace them if necessary.
3. Verify Charging Contacts – Ensure the stairlift is positioned correctly at a charging point (top, bottom, or intermediate).
4. Perform a Reset – Drive the unit to the lowest charging contact and check if the "rSt" message appears on the display.
5. Check for Voltage – Ensure there is power at the reset point and the charging contacts are properly connected.
6. Confirm Transformer Functionality – Verify that the transformer is working and providing power to the system.

If the stairlift still does not function, contact trained ThyssenKrupp personnel for further assistance.
