Before shutting-down the system (i.e. for a foreseen extended period of disuse), bring the Platform lift to its lowest served floor and make sure that all of the doors are perfectly closed.

Regular maintenance of the Platform Lift, including at least two annual overhauls, will guarantee the continued efficiency of all of the parts which make up the Platform Lift and is indispensable for its safe and proper function.
