Problem
Fan does not operate.
Motor's noise.
Fan does not oscillate.
Tilt the fan does not adjust.
Blade rotation friction.
Some switch button do not switch off.
Slide shaft does not work.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Possible Cause
1. Motor does not operate.
2. Faulty connect the power connector
or switch.
3. Coil stator shock or lack of.
4. Bush friction.
5. Fuse deficiency.
6. Temp. fuse deficiency
1. Screws hold the motor cover-F.
2. Motor jam with stator.
3. Bush loose or friction.
1. Faulty gear box.
2. Link rod retaining screws too tight.
1. Hinge spring out of hinge.
2. Faulty hinge spring.
3. Hinge ass'y screw too tight.
1. Bush wear.
2. Bush axis with rust.
1. Contact switch does not touch each
other.
2. Faulty connector lead wise.
1. Reel spring fail.
2. Spring lock slide shaft fall.

Corrective Action
1.1 Repair and replace the motor.
1.2 Replace current fuse.
2. Repair.
3. Replace motor or stator parts.
4. Repair or replace (Tap the axis).
5. Replace fuse.
6. Replace temp. fuse.
1. Screws firmly.
2. Repair or replace the motor.
3. Repair or replace (Tap the axis).
1. Repair or replace the motor.
2. Set correctly.
1. Set correct.
2. Replace hinge spring.
3. Set correct.
1. Replace bush and motor or
motor bush.
1. Clean contact surfaces.
2. Repair the connector.
1. Replace or repair the reel spring.
