The D1212 and D1224 have a three-year customer-replaceable unit (CRU) warranty with standard call
center support during normal business hours and 9x5 Next Business Day Parts Delivered. Lenovo offers
the service upgrades through warranty maintenance upgrades and post-warranty maintenance agreements
with a well-defined scope of services, including service hours, response time, term of service, and service
agreement terms and conditions.
