10.1. Technical Support and Service
NOTE:
If cleaning is required, please use a soft cloth and mild detergent suitable for plastics. Never immerse
the instrument in water.
When returning instruments for service or calibration:
1. Use a stable shipping box. We recommend a stiff cardboard box with double walls.
2. Wrap the instrument on all sides with 70 to 100 mm thick, shock-absorbing material to
provide stable padding and prevent the instrument from sliding around in the package.
3. Ensure that the shipping box is sealed securely.
Before sending in an instrument for service please contact our technical support department.
