Terminology
•Standby Mode -
The handset maybe sitting on or off the cradle, but is NOT in use.
(or the LAND or MOBILE soft key) has not been pressed. No dial tone is present.
•Talk Mode -
The handset is not in the cradle, and
enabling a dial tone.
