5.3 Configuring the device

Confirm the batteries have been
inserted in the app. The Door/Window
Contact will now try to connect to your
Controller.

The Door/Window Contact's LED
indicates the status of the configura-
tion attempt using the following flash
codes:
Explanation
Searching for system controller
Successful configuration attempt
Unsuccessful configuration attempt
If the device is not able to establish a connection to the Controller
within 3 minutes, the configuration mode is ended. To start the
configuration mode again, please press the system button on the
Door/Window Contact.
The app will also inform you if the
configuration was successful.
