20 Appendix
20.1 Security of Battery
Please only use the battery specified by your mobile phone manufacturer. The use of any other accessories
may nullify all warranty service clauses. Your mobile phone manufacturer will bear no liability for the
damages caused by your use of accessories not produced by the mobile phone manufacturer.
The new battery will only come to the optimal performances after having been completely charged and
discharged for twice and thrice.
The battery may be charged and discharged for hundreds of times, but will nullify finally. For this account,
please purchase and replace with new battery when finding the call time and standby time of battery are
curtailed obviously.
Please disconnect the power supply of charger when it is not used and never connect the battery to the
charger for over one week as charging in excess may abridge the service life of battery.
Never cause the short circuit of battery contacts with the metal objects like the keys in pocket, etc..
Never bend or open the battery forcibly.
Never dip the battery in water or put it to fire.
Charge the battery in the temperature closer to room temperature. And it's impossible to charge battery
when the temperature is below 0 centigrade or above 45 centigrade.
20.2 Usage and Maintenance
This mobile phone is a hi-end product, so please use it carefully. Please refer to the following proposals to
use and maintain this mobile phone in a better way.
Put the parts of mobile phone in places out of the reach of children.
Keep the mobile phone dry as rain water, moisture and all kinds of liquids or moisture may contain the
minerals that may erode the electric circuit.
Never put or use the mobile phone in dusty and dirty places.
Never put the mobile phone in hi-temperature places as high temperature may curtail the service lives of
electronic device and damage the battery, or distort or melt some plastic parts.
Never put the mobile phone in low temperature places and it may produce moisture inside the phone when
the mobile phone is moved from low temperature place to high temperature place, it may damage the
circuit board.
Never try to dismantle the mobile phone as improper handling of non-professionals may destroy the device.
Never throw, knock on or jolt the mobile phone, the gruff usage may damage the internal main board.
Never clean the mobile phone with irritant chemicals, detergent or corrosive detergent. Please wipe and
clean the mobile phone slightly with the soft cloth dipped in the moderate suds.
Never paint the mobile phone as it may affect the moving parts of phone and affect the normal operation of
it.
Only use the qualified replaceable antenna provided together with the mobile phone and the use of
unrecognized antenna or other parts may destroy the mobile phone.
If the mobile phone is wetted by carelessness, please power it off and take out the battery, wait for the
mobile phone to dry within 24 hours and re-use it.
During the use of this mobile phone, please apply the energy-saving means by tune down the volume and
curtailing the background lamp service time on the screen, etc. and it's helpful to prolong the standby time
of mobile phone.
Never contact the metal objects, except for the particularly configured charger interface and data line
interface, with the mobile phone charger interface to avoid short circuit.
