Make sure unit is properly plugged into the wall and the outlet is switched on.
•
Replace battery.
•
Move Parent's Unit closer to the Baby's Unit.
•
Make sure that both units are set to the same channel.
•
Turn the ON/OFF switch on the Baby's Unit to the "ON" position.
•
Check the AC outlet to be sure it is working.
•
Replace battery.
•
Turn off, unplug or move the device that is causing the problem.
•
Move the Parent's Unit closer to the Baby's Unit.
•
Replace battery.
•
Move the Parent's Unit at least 10 feet away from the Baby's Unit.
•
Lower the volume.
•
Change the frequency channel that is in use. Be sure to change the channel on
BOTH units.
