The P327 powerchairs are intended for use in the home, for use in shopping precincts and trips on reasonably paved areas. Kerbs should be avoided, but the P327 Powerchair can mount kerbs and small obstacles up to that specified in the Technical Specification.
Do not use armrests as a support when getting in or out of your powerchair. Make sure they are secure before you start off otherwise you might fall out. Warning ! Controls - Driving Controls/ ccelerator Joystick control - To operate, turn on the ignition. Firstly make sure your wrist is supported on the armrests. If it is not supported, a jolt may cause a movement of the joystick and an involuntary change in direction or speed. Find an open level area with no obstructions to practice controlling the vehicle until you are confident that you can drive safely.
