Welding with the spot welding pliers

Warning:
Electromagnetic fields!
Wear protective goggles and protective gloves!
The electrodes get hot!
Flying sparks!
Turn on the machine at the mains switch (see operating manual

of the power pack)
Connect the machine to the compressed air grid.

Important: At the end of the welding operation, allow the coolant
−
pump to run for a few more minutes to prevent any build-up of
heat.
Ensure an adequate supply of compressed air, working pressure
min. 8 bar!
Working pressure is 8 bar! For the MTX 4900 pliers the value
should be 6 bar / 90 psi.
