Default Gateway

The default gateway is the device that connects the local network to another network.
To update the default gateway, do the following:
Choose Array Configuration > Network Settings.
Step 1
The Network Setting window appears.
Click Default Gateway.
Step 2
The Update Default Gateway dialog box appears.
Enter the Gateway IP address.
Step 3
A check mark appears if it is a valid gateway.
Click Save Gateway or click Cancel to return to the Network Settings window.

DNS Nameservers

The most important function of the Domain Name Server DNS servers is the translation (resolution) of
human-memorable domain names and hostnames into the corresponding numeric Internet Protocol (IP)
addresses.
To edit the Nameservers, do the following:
Choose Array Configuration > Network Settings.

The Network Setting window appears.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pre-requisites:
ethtool support in the base drivers for
retrieving the speed and duplex of each slave.
A switch that supports IEEE 802.3ad
Dynamic link aggregation.
ALB (mode 6) is the default mode.
