Troubleshooting
If your XM2go does not work the way you expect, first consult this troubleshooting guide. To
reset your XM2go, remove the battery then re-insert it.
If you see this on the display:

Something is blocking the XM signal. Move your XM2go away
from the obstructed area (e.g., an underground garage).
