UltraPlay STRONGLY recommends that you follow these Safety Guidelines in conjunction with conducting periodic maintenance inspections using the accompanying Playground Maintenance Checklist.

In the event of a claim under this warranty, UltraPlay will replace the component at no cost within the first 12 months from date of shipment to the original customer.
