To clean the fold strap pad,
locate the plastic retainer on
the bottom of the base. Rotate
the plastic retainer and push it
through the slot.
From the front, pull the plastic
retainer up through the slot.
Slide the fold strap pad off the
strap.
Reverse the steps to put the pad
back on.
