Troubleshooting (continued)
The
light on the parent unit is off.
Make sure the parent unt battery s nstalled (page 5) and charged
(page 9) correctly.
Make sure the power adapter and the parent unt are plugged n
correctly and securely.
Unplug the parent unt power adapter. Wat for 15 seconds before
pluggng t back n. Allow up to one mnute for the baby unt and
parent unt to reset.
The parent unit beeps and is not performing normally.
Make sure the baby unt s turned on.
Move the parent unt closer to the baby unt (but not less than
1 metre). The parent unt may be out of range.

If the parent unt s powered by the provded battery pack, t may not
have enough charge for the parent unt to perform normally. Charge
the battery n the parent unt for up to 12 hours.
Reset the parent unts and the baby unt by turnng them off and
unpluggng the electrcal power to the parent unts and the baby
unt. Wat for 15 seconds and plug them back n agan. Turn on the
parent unts and the baby unt. Allow up to one mnute for the parent
unt and the baby unt to synchronze.
Other electronc products such as HAM rados and DECT cordless
phones can cause nterference wth your vdeo and audo montor.
Try nstallng your vdeo and audo montor as far away as possble
from these types of electronc devces.
The link between the baby unit and the parent unit is
lost every now and then, and I'm experiencing sound
interruptions.
