TROUBLESHOOTING
If your system is not operating properly, please refer to the following information. If the
problem persists, disconnect from power and contact your AV reseller immediately.
Problem
No light
Image flashing or

Check network cable
Network cable is too long

(network cables are limited to 100m (300') between devices)
Press reset button

Check CAT5e/6 cable wiring. It should be wired to 568B
standard at both ends:
If one end has green and orange swapped this is a cross-
over cable and cannot be used.
