    INSTALLATION NOTES NORMALLY POWER FROM HDMI WILL BE SUCCICIENT TO POWER TX The Tx needs 500-1000 milli-amps (mA) to operate. Laptops are only obliged to provide 55mA through the HDMI port but they often provide more. IF NOT USE USB CABLE TO GET SUPPLEMENTARY POWER FROM A USB PORT Use USB cable provided.
  • Page 7 NOT WORKING? Check USB cable powering Tx. Cheap USB cables will not provide enough power. The computer is set to duplicate or extend the desktop (Control Panel\Appearance and Personalisation\Display\Screen Resolution) Try other cables between the source and Tx EDID handshakes and HDCP key authentication can create HDMI issues. Try rebooting all equipment to reset.
