How to install the product... - Page 16 Important • Do not install the door/window sensor outside, or where it might get exposed to water. • The radio range of the door/window sensor could be affected if installed on, or within 1 m (3 ft), of metalwork. It may be necessary to space the magnet and detector away from the metal surface using a plastic or wooden spacer to achieve the necessary radio range.
