The manifold is self‐sealed. Always disconnect at the manifold first when
NOTE
changing wine bottles or gas cylinder so that air won't enter into the system.
1. Changing gas cylinder
Disconnect the gas hose coupling plug at the manifold,
disconnect the other end at the regulator.
Insert it to the regulator with a new gas cylinder, press the
coupling plug to let gas escape, then insert the coupling plug into
the socket at the manifold.
2. Changing wine bottle
Disconnect gas tube coupling plug at the manifold, remove the
stopper‐dispenser, place it onto a new bottle, insert the coupling
plug into the socket at the manifold, wait for 5 seconds to let the
gas escape, then tighten the stopper‐dispenser.
STEP 13: Dispense and enjoy!
