  • Page 8 Setup Out Of The Box Once you have removed the radio from the packaging, connect the 5V/2A mains adaptor (supplied) to a suitable mains outlet. Fully extend the aerial and press the dial to turn the radio on. A welcome splash will show followed by the radio first scan for the available DAB stations in your area.
  • Page 9 Control Method Using The Buttons All the button actions are just a quick press unless otherwise stated in the required action. This includes the button function of the dial. Using The Dial (On/Off/Vol) The dial on this radio is dual action. This means you can use it to scroll through available options and press it for required button actions.

    Scan Settings Scan settings will allow you to change how the radio auto scans. As default the scan setting is set to strong stations. Press the ‘Menu’ button to enter the FM menu.     Pairing The radio is automatically in pairing mode. Go to the Bluetooth menu on your device and search ‘REKA BT’ under available devices. Select it from the list to instantly pair with your device Your device will automatically re-pair to the radio if the radio is in bluetooth mode, available and is still in your connected device list.

    AUX Mode This radio will allow you to play music from a compatible device such as a smart phone, tablet, laptop, etc through a 3.5mm AUX cable (not supplied) connected to the radio’s AUX in port and the AUX out or headphone port of the device you wish to connect.
