The Nokeval 301 may not be displaying weight due to the following reasons:
1. No display: Check the voltage between pins 1 and 2; pin 1 should be positive. Remove the positive wire from terminal block 1 and measure current between the top of pin 1 terminal block screw and the removed wire. The current should be at least 4mA. If there is still no display, the device needs service.
2. Keyboard not working: For model 301, ensure the “Remove for keylock” or “KEYLOCK” jumper header is not closed.
One or both of these issues may cause the display not to show weight.
