Check cylinder if warp.
Service limit: 0 05 mm
Measure the clearance between piston rings
and grooves.
Service Limit: Top ring: 0 09 mm

2 ring: 0 09 mm
Remove piston rings
Check if the piston rings are damaged or its
grooves are worn.
Caution
 Pay attention to remove piston rings
because they are fragile.
Place piston rings respective into cylinder below
20 mm of cylinder top. In order to keep the piston
rings in horizontal level in cylinder, push the rings
with piston.
Service Limit: Top ring: 0 50 mm
