Ch. 13 COOLING SYSTEM
Remove the front center cover, and then remove
reserve tank filler cap.
Check the liquid level in the front fender right side.
Add coolant to proper level if too low.
Reinstall the reserve tank filler cap.
Caution

The reserve tank liquid level cannot too high,
to avoiding overheats of the water temperature of
the cooling system.
Radiator
Check
Remove the front center cover, side covers and
front fender. (Refer chapter 13), check for any
leakage from weld seam.
Blow radiator clean using compressed air. If the
radiator is blocked by dirt, use low pressure water
jet to clean it.
Care shall be taken when straightening the sink
fan.
Removal
Place a water pan under the water pump; loosen
the drain bolt to drain out the coolant.
Remove coolant filler pipe.
