Abnormality Analysis and Troubleshooting
Suspected Failure Problems
Once there is failure discovered for your product, please check the following situations before sending to the
customer service center for maintenance.

Possible Reason
Plug of power cord is loosened.
The display screen flashes at
"12:00" after power on.
Removable cover plate is not

Solution
Secure the power cord plug.
It will not affect the normal use, as it is caused due to
th e battery running out, or shall send to the customer
service center for battery replacement.
Please install the removable cover plate properly.
Wipe it.
