Congratulations for selecting the new PROFORM
CROSSTRAINER 56. The unique PROFORM
CROSSTRAINER 56 combines a comfortable recum-
bent cycle with a convenient weight bench to let you
enjoy both aerobic exercise and strength training
exercise in the convenience of your home.
