    G E T T I N G S T A R T E D KEY FOB Locking And Unlocking The Doors Push and release the LOCK button on the RKE transmitter to lock all doors. The turn signal lights will flash, and the horn will chirp to acknowledge the signal.

With one of the vehicle's Keyless Enter-N-Go™ Key Fobs located outside the vehicle and within 5 ft (1.5m) of the driver's or passenger front door handle, push the door handle button to lock all four doors and trunk.

  • Page 18 G E T T I N G S T A R T E D Advanced Front Air Bags • This vehicle has Advanced Front Air Bags for both the driver and front passenger as a supplement to the seat belt restraint systems. The Advanced Front Air Bags will not deploy in every type of collision.
  • Page 19 G E T T I N G S T A R T E D Supplemental Knee Air Bags This vehicle is equipped with a Supplemental Driver Knee Air Bag mounted in the instrument panel below the steering column. The Supplemental Driver Knee Air Bag provides enhanced protection during a frontal impact by working together with the seat belts, pretensioners, and Advanced Front Air Bags.

    G E T T I N G S T A R T E D WARNING! • Side Air Bags need room to inflate. Do not lean against the door or window. Sit upright in the center of the seat. • Being too close to the Side Air Bags during deployment could cause you to be severely injured or killed.
  • Page 21 G E T T I N G S T A R T E D LATCH System Weight Limit You may use the LATCH anchorage system until the combined weight of the child and the child restraint is 65 lbs (29.5 kg). Use the seat belt and tether anchor instead of the LATCH system once the combined weight is more than 65 lbs (29.5 kg).

Loosen the adjusters on the lower straps and on the tether strap of the child seat so that you can more easily attach the hooks or connectors to the vehicle anchorages.
