L e n s S i g n a l
Aperture Signal Lever : Transmits the preset f/stop of
t h e a u t o m a t i c a p e r t u r e t o t h e c a m e r a b o d y . l t i s o n a I t o
1 movement basis with the preset aperture through lever
m a n i p u l a t i o n . T h e a p e r t u r e s i g n a l l e v e r i s o p e r a b l e o n l y
w h e n t h e b a y o n e t m o u n t r i n g i s t u r n e d t o t h e a t t a c h m e n t
position.
F u l l A p e r t u r e S i g n a l P i n : T r a n s m i t s t h e f u l l a p e r t u r e
s t o p w h e n a l e n s w i t h a d i f f e r e n t f u l l a p e r t u r e n u m b e r i s
mounted. lt also performs error compensation of the full
aperture metering.
Automatic/Manual Aperture Lever: Stops down the
aperture to the preset position. Clamp it to the right side
for manually operated aperture.
EE Switch Pin : When the preset aperture ring is set at the
green mark for EE use, the lens can be attached only to the
Canon F-1. lf the lens is attached to the FTb, it cannot be
set at the green mark.
Pin : Reserved.
r When the lens has been taken off, the signal levers and
